Change the address of the Vello client portal

An example of when an address change for the client portal is applicable is when you want to include your practice name in the address.

To change the address, do this procedure.
Note: After you change the address of the Vello client portal, clients cannot sign in to the portal with a direct link or QR code that they used before the change.
  1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
    Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
  2. In the left sidebar, select Practice Settings.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Make the address changes as necessary.
  5. Select Done.

  6. Select Publish Changes.

  7. Adjacent to PORTAL LOGIN, select the copy button.

    Vello puts the new sign-in link in your device's clipboard.
The address is changed. Send the new sign-in link to one or two clients to make sure that it opens the Vello client portal correctly. Then, send the new link to the remaining clients and add it to your website, newsletters, and flyers.
Download a new QR code for the client portal and add it to your website, newsletters, and flyers.
