Activate online schedulingAfter a practice manager activates online scheduling, clients can use the Vello client portal to make appointment requests. To active online scheduling, do this procedure.Open Vello from your PIMS. Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello. In the left sidebar, select Appointment Booking.Vello shows an Appointment Booking screen.Set Appointment Scheduling to Allow Requests.
