Configure available times and staff for appointment requests

A practice manager can configure the times and staff that are available to clients when they use online scheduling to make appointment requests.

To configure the times and staff, do this procedure.
  1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
    Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
  2. In the left sidebar, select Appointment Requests.

    Vello shows an Appointment Requests screen.
  3. For the applicable visit type, select Edit.

  4. Set Appointment Length to the applicable time.
  5. In the Days section, set available time ranges for each day.

    Tip: You can set more than one time range for one day.
  6. In the Provider Availability section, select the staff members and rooms that you want to make available.

    Note: If you do not want a staff member to show as available for appointment requests, deactivate the Enable setting.
  7. Select Done.

  8. Select Publish Changes.

The online scheduling system has the changes.
