Make sick visits available to clients to select

A sick visit is a optional visit type that clients can select when they use the online scheduling system to make appointment requests. A sick visit is applicable when a patient has medical problems.

To make sick visits available to clients, do this procedure.

Open Vello from your PIMS.

Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
In the left sidebar, select Appointment Booking.
Vello shows an Appointment Booking screen.
In the Sick Visits section, set Allow Requests.
Select Publish Changes.

Sick visits is available as a visit type.

Configure the available times and staff for appointment requests that use sick visits.
