Activate online scheduling

After a practice manager activates online scheduling, clients can use the Vello client portal to make appointment requests.

To active online scheduling, do this procedure.
  1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
    Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
  2. In the left sidebar, select Appointment Requests.

  3. Set Appointment Scheduling to Allow Requests.
  4. Select Publish Changes.

Clients can make appointment requests with the client portal.
