Get a survey link

After a practice manager selects Publish in the survey designer for a survey, Vello makes a survey link. Send the survey link to clients to open and complete the survey.

To get a link, do this procedure.

Open Vello from your PIMS.

Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
In the left sidebar, select Surveys.

Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the surveys button:

Vello shows a Forms screen.
Adjacent to the applicable survey, select the horizontal ellipsis (⋯), then select Copy Link.
Note: Copy Link only shows for a survey entry that shows a Status of Published.

Vello puts the survey link in your device clipboard.

Send the survey link to the applicable clients. Example methods that you can use to send the link include:

Text messages in the Vello inbox
A Vello quick reply
A general email message or a Vello thank-you email

Tip: A Vello thank-you email is a good method to quickly and easily send a survey to clients. Vello can automatically send a thank-you email with a survey link after a patient has their appointment.
