A report for a survey shows many types of data (for example, the information that clients entered or selected for each survey question).

1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
   Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
2. In the left sidebar, select Reports.
   

   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the reports button:
   
   
   Vello shows a list of surveys.
3. Adjacent to the applicable survey, select the report button.
   Note: The report button shows only for a survey that a client completed.
   Note: If your practice made changes to the survey after you published it, the survey has more than one version. As a result, the report shows a version filter. Select the version filter to show the data for a different version of the survey. The report opens for the newest version.
