A report for a survey shows many types of data (for example, the information that clients entered or selected for each survey question).

1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
   Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
2. In the left sidebar, select Reports.
   
   Vello shows a list of surveys.
3. Adjacent to the applicable survey, select the arrow (❯).
   
   Note: The arrow shows only for a survey entry that has a status of Published and when more than one client completed the survey.
