Make a quick reply

After a practice manager makes a quick reply, staff can select and use it for text messaging in the Vello inbox.

To make a quick reply, do this procedure.
  1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
    Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
  2. In the left sidebar, select Text Messages.

  3. Select Create New.

  4. In the Name box, enter the name of the quick reply message.

  5. In the Content box, enter the message content.

  6. Select Save.

  7. Select Publish Changes.

Vello has the quick reply.
