To make configuration changes to Vello, it is important to know how to get access to Vello configuration settings. The access steps are different for each PIMS.

At the start date, Vello starts to send automatic message to clients (for example, medical service reminders and appointment reminders).

An example of when an address change for the client portal is applicable is when you want to include your practice name in the address.
