Customer support for Vello

IDEXX has dedicated teams that are available to help you with Vello.

If you have problems with Vello, contact customer support for your IDEXX practice information management system (PIMS). For example, if you use ezyVet, contact ezyVet customer support.

This table shows each PIMS and the available customer support methods:

ezyVet customer support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Cornerstone Cornerstone customer support is available with email, phone, and live chat.
Cornerstone customer support is available:
  • Monday to Friday between 6:30 AM and 8:00 PM Central Time (CT)
  • Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM CT
