Download a QR code for client portal access

After you download the QR code, clients can scan it to sign in to the Vello client portal.

To download a QR code, do this procedure.

Open Vello from your PIMS.

Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
In the left sidebar, select Practice Profile.
Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the practice profile button:

Vello shows a Practice Profile screen.
Select the QR code button.
Vello shows a Portal Settings dialog box.
Select Download.png.

Note: As an alternative, select Download.svg to download the QR code as SVG format. Compared to PNG format, SVG has better quality. But if your device cannot open SVG format images, use PNG format.

Your browser downloads the QR code to your device.

Add the QR code to your website, and put the QR code in newsletters and flyers.
