Configure an out-of-office autoreply

After you configure the autoreply, Vello automatically sends it to clients who send text messages at the times that your practice is not available.

To configure the autoreply, do this procedure.
  1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
    Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
  2. In the left sidebar, select Text Messages.

    Vello shows a Text Messages screen.
  3. In the the Out of Office Responses section, select Edit.
    Vello shows an Out of Office Response dialog box.
  4. In the Message box, enter applicable text.
  5. In the Available Days and Times section, set the available days and times for your practice.
  6. Select Save.

  7. Select Publish Changes.

Vello has the out-of-office autoreply.
