Make changes to a quick reply

A practice manager can make changes to the name and text of a configured quick reply.

To make changes, do this procedure.
  1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
    Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
  2. In the left sidebar, select Text Messages.

    Vello shows a Text Messages screen.
  3. In the Quick Replies section, find the applicable quick reply, then select Edit.
    Vello shows a dialog box with the quick reply name and text.
  4. In the Name box and Content box, make the necessary changes.
  5. Select Save.

The quick reply has the changes.
