The Service Reminders screen
Use the Service Reminders screen to configure the medical service reminders that Vello sends to clients.
- Look at the content and formatting of medical service reminders before Vello sends them
- Start or stop medical service reminders for specified treatments or services
- Add custom content to a medical service reminder (for email reminders only)
- Start or stop all medical service reminders
The Service Reminders screen has an Edit button. After you select Edit, Vello shows an Edit: Exclusions dialog box that you can use to start or stop medical service reminders for treatments or services.

If a medical service shows in the Included Medical Service Reminders section, Vello automatically sends reminders for it. If a medical service is in the Exclusions section, Vello does not send reminders for it.
The Service Reminders screen has an Edit Content button. Select Edit Content to add custom content to a medical service reminder. Custom content is new text that Vello includes in a medical service reminder. An example of custom content is information about a deposit for an appointment and the time necessary to cancel an appointment.
