Cornerstone only: Stop medical service reminders for a client classification

If you use Cornerstone with Vello, you can stop medical service reminders for a client classification.

To stop the reminders, do this procedure.

Note: If you upgraded to Vello from Pet Health Network Pro, Vello automatically has the excluded client classifications that you configured in Pet Health Network Pro.

Sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com, then open Vello.
In the left sidebar, select Medical Service Reminders.
Vello shows a Medical Service Reminders screen.
Select Edit.
Vello shows an Edit: Medical Service Reminders dialog box.
Select the client classification that you want to stop medical service reminders for.
Select Publish Changes.
Select Done.

Vello does not send medical service reminders to the applicable clients.
