If you use Cornerstone with Vello, you can stop medical service reminders for a client classification.

1. Sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com, then open Vello.
2. In the left sidebar, select Medical Service Reminders.
   

   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the medical service reminders button:
   
   
   Vello shows a Medical service reminders screen.
3. Select Manage exclusions.
   Vello shows an Edit: Exclusions dialog box.
4. Select the client classification that you want to stop medical service reminders for.
5. Select Done.
   
6. Select Publish Changes.
