Custom content is new text that Vello includes in a medical service reminder.

1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
   Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
2. In the left sidebar, select Reminders & Follow-Up, then select Service Reminders.
   
   Vello shows a Service Reminders screen.
3. Adjacent to the applicable medical service reminder, select Edit Content.
   
   Vello shows an Edit: Medical Service Reminder Content dialog box.
4. In the Email Content box, enter custom content as necessary.
   
5. Select Done.
   
6. Select Publish Changes.
