After you activate Vello Postcards, Vello can send medical service reminders as high-quality postcards.

1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
   Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
2. In the left sidebar, select Medical Service Reminders.
   

   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the medical service reminders button:
   
   
   Vello shows a Medical service reminders screen.
3. In the Postcard reminders section, select or clear the settings as necessary to configure the intervals that you want Vello to use to send postcards.
   
   Note: The available intervals that you can select to automatically send postcards are:

   • 60 days before a service is due
   • 30 days before a service is due
   • 30 days after a service is due

   Note: A practice manager cannot configure new intervals for postcards. For example, it is not possible to configure Vello to send postcards 15 days before a service is due.
4. Select Publish Changes.
