Vello has three intervals that a practice manager can set for Vello to automatically send medical service reminders.

1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
   Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
2. In the left sidebar, select Reminders & Follow-Up, then select Service Reminders.
   
   Vello shows a Service Reminders screen.
3. Use the Text/Email and Postcard settings to set the intervals.
   
4. Select Publish Changes.
