The message that you enter in the Email message box is new text that Vello includes in a medical service reminder. Vello can include the message in medical service reminders sent to clients in an email.

1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
   Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
2. In the left sidebar, select Medical Service Reminders.
   

   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the medical service reminders button:
   
   
   Vello shows a Medical service reminders screen.
3. In the Text & email reminders section, make sure that a minimum of one Email setting is selected.
4. In the Email message box, enter the message.
   Note: The Email message box has a maximum of 500 characters.
5. Select Publish Changes.
