Cornerstone only: Give Vello access to staff member

After a practice manager gives access to a staff member, the staff member can use the Vello inbox and the Unconfirmed Appointments screen.

Make sure you have the necessary user account permissions.
To give Vello access, do this procedure.
Note: The email address that you entered in step 4 could have a relation to a MyIDEXX account. If the email address is related to a MyIDEXX account, the staff member uses their MyIDEXX username and password for Vello sign-in. If the email address is not related to a MyIDEXX account, Vello tells the staff member to make one for sign-in.
  1. Sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com, then open Vello.
  2. Select Settings, then select User Management.
    Vello shows a User Management screen. The screen shows the staff who have Vello access.
  3. Select Invite a User.
  4. Enter the email address of the applicable staff member.
  5. Select Send.
  6. Close the User Management screen.
Vello sends an invitation email to the staff member. Until they accept the invitation email and sign in to Vello, the User Management screen shows Name Pending for the staff member.
