User account permissions for Neo and Vello

To use some Vello features and functions, you must have the necessary user account permissions in Neo.

This table gives examples of Vello tasks and the user account permissions that are necessary to do the tasks:


Task	User account permission
Connect Neo to Vello.	System Admin
Get access to Vello configuration settings.	System Admin
Get access to practice.vello.idexx.com.	No special user account permissions are necessary. All staff have access.
Use the Vello inbox.
Use the Unconfirmed Appointments screen.
Get access to Vello from Neo with: The Vello inbox button that shows in Neo's primary navigation bar The unconfirmed appointments button in the Schedule screen The Send SMS button in different areas of Neo (for example, in client records) Figure 1.
