User account permissions for Cornerstone and Vello

To use some Vello features and functions, you must have a MyIDEXX account and the necessary user account permissions in Cornerstone.

This table gives examples of Vello tasks and the access steps that are necessary to do the tasks:


Task	Access steps
Connect Cornerstone to Vello.	Steps for access: You must have a MyIDEXX account Make sure that your practice shows as a business in your MyIDEXX account Make sure that your MyIDEXX account has administrator permissions
Use MyCornerstone to get access to Vello configuration settings.
Give Vello access to staff members.
Remove Vello access for staff members.
Sign in to practice.vello.idexx.com.	For access: An administrator must give Vello access to a staff member A staff member must have a MyIDEXX account
Use the Vello inbox.
Use the Unconfirmed Appointments screen.
