Sign in to the Vello mobile app for the first time
Before can you use the Vello mobile app for client portal access, it is necessary to sign in to the app for the first time.
Use your device to install the Vello app.
Note: If you receive an appointment reminder from Vello and you use your mobile device to open it:
- Your mobile device opens the Vello mobile app
- The Vello mobile app automatically signs you in
As a result, it is not necessary to do this procedure.
If you entered a mobile phone number to sign in and you want to use your email address at a different time for sign in:
- In the Home screen of the client portal, select Please verify your email address
- Enter the verification code that Vello sends in an email message
As an alternative for email verification and sign in, select the button that shows in a Vello email reminder. The button can have different names (for example, Book Online Now).
