If you unsubscribed from your practice's text messages, you can let the practice send you text messages again.

1. Use your mobile device to open a text message that you received from your practice.
   

   Note: If you do not have a text message available in your mobile device, contact your practice to get the correct phone number. Then, send START, YES, or UNSTOP in a text message to the phone number.
2. In a reply to the text message, enter START, YES, or UNSTOP.
3. Send the text message reply.
