If your practice uses Vello for prescription refill requests, you can make a request for your pet in the Vello client portal.

1. Sign in to the client portal.
2. In the My Pets section, select the pet that you want to make the prescription refill request for.
   
   Vello shows a Pet Information screen.
3. In the Records section, select Prescriptions.
   
   Vello shows a Prescriptions screen.
4. Find the applicable medication and select Request a Refill.
   
   Vello adds the medication to a prescription refill request.

   Tip: You can add more than one medication to a prescription refill request.
5. Select Continue.
   
   Vello shows a Refill Request screen.
6. In the Additional Information (Optional) section, you can enter a message to your practice.
7. Select Submit Request.
   Vello shows a confirmation screen.
8. Select Done.
