Schedule an appointment in your practice's calendar
Use the client portal to schedule an appointment directly in your practice's calendar.
To schedule an appointment, do this procedure.
Sign in to your practice's client portal.
In the home screen, select Book Appointment.
Select your pet.
Select a visit type.
Select the practice staff member that you want for the appointment.
Select an appointment date and time.
In the Reason for Visit box, enter information about why the appointment is necessary.
Select Book Appointment.
Vello shows you a message to tell you that your appointment is scheduled.
Trouble: If the client portal does not show Book Appointment but shows Request Appointment, it is not possible to schedule an appointment directly in your practice's calendar. You can select Request Appointment to make an appointment request and your practice will confirm it.
Select Done.
Your appointment is scheduled with the practice. It is not necessary to wait for your practice to confirm the appointment.
