The Medical Service Reminders screen
Use the Medical Service Reminders screen to configure the medical service reminders that Vello sends to clients.
You can use the Medical Service Reminders screen to:
- Look at the content and formatting of medical service reminders before Vello sends them

Start or stop medical service reminders for specified treatments or services

Start or stop all medical service reminders
The Medical Service Reminders screen has an Edit button. After you select Edit, Vello shows an Edit: Medical Service Reminders dialog box that you can use to start or stop medical service reminders for treatments or services.
The Edit: Medical Service Reminders pop-up window has two sections:
- The Included Medical Service Reminders section
- The Exclusions section
If a medical service shows in the Included Medical Service Reminders section, Vello automatically sends reminders for it. If a medical service is in the Exclusions section, Vello does not send reminders for it.
