Cornerstone only: Give Vello access to staff member
After a practice manager gives access to a staff member, the staff member can use the Vello inbox and the Unconfirmed Appointments screen.
Make sure you have the necessary user account permissions.
Note:
The email address that you entered in step 4 could have a relation to a MyIDEXX account. If the email address is related to a MyIDEXX account, the staff member uses their MyIDEXX username and password for Vello sign-in. If the email address is not related to a MyIDEXX account, Vello tells the staff member to make one for sign-in.
