Vello and Neo branches

Sign up to Vello for a Neo branch

Your branch must sign up to Vello independently of other branches. After you complete sign-up, your branch is connected to Vello.

  • Make sure that your user account has System Admin permissions

  • Make sure that a practice manager configured your branch information in Neo

Note: For information about branch configuration in Neo, refer to Set up branch details.
To sign up, do this procedure.
  1. Sign in to Neo.
  2. Select your username, then select Administration.

  3. Select IDEXX Vello.

    Neo shows an IDEXX Vello screen.
  4. In the Branch box, select the applicable branch.

  5. Select Connect.
    A new browser window or tab opens and shows a form. The form shows your practice information.
  6. If necessary, make changes to the form information, then select Submit.
    Vello opens and shows its configuration settings.
Your branch is connected to Vello.
