After you remove a visit type, clients cannot use online booking to make an appointment for the visit type in the Vello client portal.

1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
   Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
2. In the left sidebar, select Appointment Booking.
   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the appointment booking button:
   
   
   Vello shows an Appointment Booking screen.
3. In the Appointment Types section, select the trash can button for the visit type that you want to remove.
   Vello shows a pop-up window.
4. Select Yes, I'm sure.
