Make a visit type

After you add a visit type, clients can use online booking to make an appointment for the visit type in the Vello client portal.

This procedure gives the basic steps to make a visit type. A new visit type can have different settings to get different results. The settings are applicable to step 5 of this procedure. Thus, make sure that you read these documents before you continue:

To make a visit type, do this procedure.

Open Vello from your PIMS.

Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
In the left sidebar, select Appointment Booking.

Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the appointment booking button:

Vello shows an Appointment Booking screen.
In the Appointment Types section, select Create New.
Vello shows a New Appointment Type dialog box.
Make settings as necessary.

Vello has the visit type.
