If you want to include a diagnostic screening recommendation in appointment messages for different appointment types, a practice manager can make the change.

1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
   Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
2. In the left sidebar, select Appointment Reminders.
   

   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the appointment reminders button:
   
   
   Vello shows an Appointment Reminders screen.
3. In the Appointment Types section, select Edit for the applicable appointment type.
   

   Note: Vello does not send appointment reminders for:

   • Euthanasia appointments
   • End-of-life appointments
   • Deceased patients

   As a result, Vello does not show euthanasia or end-of-life appointment types as available to configure in the Appointment Types section of the Appointment Reminders screen.

4. Select Diagnostic Screening.
   
5. Select Done.
   
6. Select Publish Changes.
