Activate automatic appointment messages
Messages that Vello can automatically send to clients include appointment confirmation messages and appointment reminder messages.
Note: After you complete this procedure, Vello does not automatically send appointment messages for euthanasia appointments.
Note: Cornerstone customers: Before Vello can send appointment reminders for an appointment, you must make a selection in the Primary box of the appointment record in Cornerstone. If the Primary box is empty, Vello does not send appointment reminders.
- In the left sidebar, select Appointment Reminders. Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the appointment reminders button:Vello shows an Appointment Reminders screen.
- Select Publish Changes.
