About Vello for Cornerstone MLSD locations
Each MLSD location of your practice's Cornerstone database can sign up to Vello. As a result, practice staff of the location can use Vello features and functions.
- Is a practice that uses the database
- Has a different physical location
If your database has more than one MLSD location, each MLSD location must sign up, configure and use Vello independently of other MLSD locations. And an MLSD location of a database does not have the same Vello configuration settings, staff members, or data as other locations of the same database.
MLSD location information in Cornerstone client records
Each client record in Cornerstone shows MLSD location information. Vello uses the MLSD location information of a client record to send medical service reminders for the location to the client.
The Home Practice section of a client record shows the client's primary practice. The Home Practice section shows in the A/R Information tab of the Client Information screen.
