When you sign up to Vello for the first MLSD location of your Cornerstone database:

1. The first MLSD location:
   1. Keeps the registered phone number that your practice used for Vello text messaging
   2. Keeps a record of text conversations that previously occurred in Vello
2. IDEXX stops all access to Pet Health Network Pro and Communicator for all MLSD locations of your Cornerstone database

After you make the change from Pet Health Network Pro to Vello, applicable datashows for all MLSD locations of the database (for example, user account data and appointment type data). It is important to:

• Do a check of the data shown for your MLSD location
• If your MLSD location shows data from other MLSD locations, make a decision to keep or remove the data
