Cornerstone only: About Vello access
Before you can use Vello, you must complete initial steps to get access. A practice manager must also complete different steps to get access to Vello configuration settings.
Vello access and MyIDEXX accounts
Staff members use a MyIDEXX account to sign in to Vello. MyIDEXX is an IDEXX system that includes controls for access to different IDEXX products and services.

If you have a MyIDEXX user account, you can get access to the Vello inbox and the Unconfirmed Appointments screen.
If you have a MyIDEXX administrator account, you can get access to the Vello inbox and the Unconfirmed Appointments screen. And you can get access to Vello configuration settings.
Initial access to Vello
Before you can use Vello, a practice manager with a MyIDEXX administrator account must give you access.
After a practice manager gives you access, you receive an invitation email from Vello. In the email, select Join Team to complete initial sign-in.
If you have a MyIDEXX account, use your MyIDEXX username and password to sign in to Vello. If you do not have a MyIDEXX account, you can use the MyIDEXX sign in screen to make one.
After initial sign-in, go to practice.vello.idexx.com to get access to the Vello inbox and Unconfirmed Appointments screen.
Access to Vello configuration settings for practice managers
If you have a MyIDEXX administrator account, you can get access to MyCornerstone (mycornerstone.idexx.com). You use MyCornerstone to get access to Vello configuration settings.
