Cornerstone only: Get access to Vello configuration settings

A practice manager uses Vello configuration settings to make configuration changes to Vello.

Do the procedure given in Cornerstone only: Get access to the Vello inbox for the first time
Make sure that your MyIDEXX account is an administrator account

Note: If your MyIDEXX account is not an administrator account, refer to MyIDEXX documentation for more information.

To get access, do this procedure.

Note: This procedure is only necessary to get access to Vello configuration settings. This procedure is not necessary to get access to the Vello inbox and the Unconfirmed Appointments screen.

Go to mycornerstone.idexx.com, and sign in with your MyIDEXX username and password.
In the Vello area, select Open.

Your browser opens Vello.

Vello configuration settings open in a new browser window or tab.
