Cornerstone only: Remove Vello access for a staff memberAfter a practice manager removes access, Vello sign-in for the staff member is not possible.Make sure that your MyIDEXX account is an administrator account.To remove access, do this procedure.Sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com, then open Vello.Select Settings, then select User Management.Vello shows a User Management screen.
