Get access to Vello configuration settings (Cornerstone only)

A practice manager uses Vello configuration settings to make configuration changes to Vello.

Make sure that you have a MyIDEXX account and it is an administrator account.

Note: If your MyIDEXX account is not an administrator account, contact IDEXX Inside Sales (1-888-794-3399).

To get access, do this procedure.

Note: This procedure is only necessary to get access to Vello configuration settings. This procedure is not necessary to get access to the Vello inbox and the Unconfirmed Appointments screen.

Go to mycornerstone.idexx.com, and sign in with your MyIDEXX username and password.
In the Vello area, select Open.

Your browser opens Vello.

Vello configuration settings open in a new browser window or tab.
