Before a record of a text conversation shows in a patient record in Cornerstone, you must sync the conversation from the Vello inbox to Cornerstone.

1. Sign in to practice.vello.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
2. In the left sidebar, select Text Messages.
   

   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the text messages button:
   
   
   Vello shows a Text Messages screen.
3. Find and select the applicable text conversation.
4. In conversation view, select Mark as Done.
   Vello shows a Mark conversation as done dialog box.
5. Select Patient communication log.
   
6. In the Select patients section, select the patient record that you want to sync the text conversation to.
   Tip: You can select more than one patient record to sync the text conversation to in Cornerstone.
7. Select Mark as done.
