About the sync of text conversations to Cornerstone
Vello can sync a record of a text conversation from the Vello inbox to client records or patient records in Cornerstone.
Note: The inbox uses a conversation view to show client messages. A conversation is a group of all messages between you and one client. Conversations make it easy to quickly find all messages between you and a client.
When you select Mark as Done button in a text conversation, Vello shows a Mark as Done dialog box. You can select which record you want to sync the text conversation to in Cornerstone.
This table gives:

- Where Vello syncs the text conversation record to in Cornerstone as a result

Note: If you select Don't save in the Mark as Done dialog box, Vello:
After Vello syncs a text conversation to Cornerstone, Vello moves the text conversation to the done view of the Vello inbox.- Does not sync a record of the text conversation to Cornerstone
