Before a record of a text conversation shows in a client record in Cornerstone, you must sync the conversation from the Vello inbox to Cornerstone.

1. Sign in to practice.vello.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
2. In the left sidebar, select Text Messages.
   

   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the text messages button:
   
   
   Vello shows a Text Messages screen.
3. Find and select the applicable text conversation.
4. In conversation view, select Mark as Done.
   Vello shows a Mark conversation as done dialog box.
5. Select Client communication log.
   
6. Select Mark as done.
