Cornerstone only: Mandatory steps for Vello access
If you use Cornerstone, it is important to know about how to get access to Vello.
To get access to Vello, these steps are mandatory:
- You must have a MyIDEXX account
- Your practice must show as a business in the Add/Remove business section of the MyIDEXX account
- A practice manager must give you access to Vello
- Use your MyIDEXX account to sign in to Vello (practice.vello.idexx.com)
Note: If you are not a practice manager, you can get access to only the Vello inbox and the Unconfirmed Appointments screen.

Note: The sign-in address for MyIDEXX is profile.idexx.com. To sign in, use your MyIDEXX username and password.
