General steps to add your practice logo in Vello

After you add your practice logo in Vello, the logo shows adjacent to your practice information in the Vello client portal.

This table gives each step to add your logo in Vello:

Note: If your logo image has dimensions of 600 px × 600 px and has an exact square shape, steps two and three are not necessary.

2	Do a check that your practice's logo image has the correct shape: In Windows File Explorer, right-click the image file Select Properties Select the Details tab In the Image section, do a check that the two numbers shown in the Dimensions section are the same Note: If the logo image does not have an exact square shape, the logo shows incorrectly in Vello. Figure 1. Image dimensions	If your logo image does not have an exact square shape, do this procedure: Change a logo image to a square shape.
3	Do a check that your practice's logo image has dimensions of 600 px × 600 px: In Windows File Explorer, right-click the image file Select Properties Select the Details tab In the Image section, do a check that `600 × 600` shows in the Dimensions section Note: If the logo image does not have dimensions of 600 px × 600 px, the logo shows incorrectly in Vello.	If your logo image does not have dimensions of 600 px × 600 px, do this procedure: Resize a logo image.
4	Make sure that the logo image: Uses PNG, JPG, or SVG format Has a file size between 2 MB and 5 MB Has a transparent or solid background	Not applicable.
5	Upload your practice logo in Vello.	Upload a practice logo.
