Confirm an appointment

When you know that a client will come to a scheduled appointment, you can confirm it.

To confirm an appointment, do this procedure.
  1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
    Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to practice.vello.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
  2. Select Unconfirmed Appointments.

  3. Use the arrow buttons to select the date of the applicable appointment.

  4. If necessary, set Show Appointments Receiving Automated Reminders.

  5. Select the Appointment Confirmation button.

  6. Select Mark as confirmed.

The appointment request is confirmed. Vello syncs the applicable appointment status to your PIMSVello syncs the applicable appointment status to ezyVet.
