Cornerstone only: Text message notifications
Text message notifications tell you when a client sends a new text message to your practice. The notifications show in in your device's desktop or task bar.
Text message notifications tell you the name of the person who sent the text message and include some of the text message content.
To receive text message notifications, you must make sure that you keep Vello open in a browser tab or window. If you minimize the browser window, Vello continues to show the notifications.
If you select a notification, Vello opens the text conversation and you can quickly send a reply.
