Cornerstone only: About data sync statuses in Vello

Data sync statuses in Vello identify information about your practice's data sync from Cornerstone to Vello (for example, a status tells you if Vello has the newest data from Cornerstone).

Vello uses data from Cornerstone to send automatic messages to clients (for example, appointment reminders). The data sync statuses shown in Vello makes it easier for your practice to know:
  • If Vello has the newest data from Cornerstone
  • If a data sync did not occur in the last 36 hours
The left sidebar always shows the data sync statuses. If the message in the left sidebar shows a Synced status and you select Synced, the sync information shown can include:
  • The date that Cornerstone last synced your practice's data to Vello
  • The time that Cornerstone last synced your practice's data to Vello (for example, 2:00 PM or Just now)
  • A message that tells you if Vello has the newest data from Cornerstone

Synced: message and data sync information
If the message in the left sidebar shows Sync Delayed, a data sync did not occur in the last 36 hours. If you select Sync Delayed, Vello:
  • Shows this message about the data sync: Data from your Cornerstone server hasn't synced recently. Client, patient, appointment, and reminder details may be out of date. Please Contact Support for help.
  • Shows a link that you can select to contact Cornerstone customer support
  • Shows a date and time that Cornerstone last synced your practice's data to Vello
