Activate thank-you email

After you activate thank-you email, Vello automatically sends a thank-you email for specified appointment types.

To activate the email, do this procedure.
  1. Open Vello from your PIMS.
    Note: If you use Cornerstone, sign in to mycornerstone.idexx.com to get access to Vello.
  2. In the left sidebar, select Post-Appointment.

    Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the post-appointment button:

    Vello shows a Post-Appointment screen. The screen includes a list of appointment types.
  3. Set Post-Appointment Communications to Enable.

  4. Adjacent to each entry for the applicable appointment type, select or clear Send as necessary.

    Note: Vello does not send a thank-you email for:
    • Euthanasia appointments

    • Deceased patients
  5. Select Publish Changes.

Vello automatically sends a thank-you email for the appointment types one day after you set an applicable appointment to a completed status in your PIMS.
