ezyVet only: Configure available times and staff for Direct Booking (planning guides method)
A practice manager can use ezyVet planning guides to configure the available times that the Vello client portal shows to clients for appointments.
Note: This documentation is only applicable to the Direct Booking beta feature. If you want to try Direct Booking, contact ezyVet customer support.
Note: As an alternative to this method, a practice manager can configure available days and times for appointments directly in Vello.
- Vello gets planning guide information from ezyVet for the applicable staff member
- The client portal uses the planning guide information to show only the days and times that the staff member is available
